Panasonic Corporation sponsors the Tokai University’s solar car team
Panasonic Corporation will sponsor the Tokai University’s solar car team
for the 2011 World Solar Challenge (WSC) in Australia.
The Tokai University team won the last race in 2009 and is the defending champion.
Panasonic will supply the Japanese university team with its HIT® solar cells
boasting the world’s highest level of energy conversion rate, as well as high-capacity lithium-ion batteries.
