| Rechargeable revolution!
Panasonic launches next generation of rechargeable batteries: INFINIUM (26 Sep 2006) |
 |
Panasonic Batteries launch with the Infinium a rechargeable battery with a special formula meaning that the batteries stay charged for much longer when not in use, just like a non rechargeable battery. This offers 2 main convenient benefits:
365 days standby Power: Use them, charge them, store them and use them. After 6 months of storage, up to 80% of the battery power is still present. (1)
Ready to use: Buy them, open them and use them immediately. Panasonic’s new Infinium batteries come charged in the packaging thus you can immediately use the Infinium in your favourite appliance.
The Panasonic Batteries’ Infinium battery delivers great long term reliability and performance. Even after 1000 charging cycles (2), the batteries keep their ability to store power, for many this could be a battery for life!
From January 2007 onwards, this revolutionary INFINIUM battery will be available in the standard size batteries (AA/AAA) for use in all appliances where long-term stability and reliability are a priority from remote control to digital cameras.
