If you're not completely satisfied with a Panasonic Batteries product, contact
guarantee.batteries@eu.panasonic.com.
All Panasonic Batteries are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship. Should any device be damaged by these
batteries due to such defect, Panasonic Batteries will repair or replace it (at Panasonic Batteries' discretion) if it is sent
with the batteries,

Panasonic Batteries claims the right to investigate each complaint. In order to make a detailed technical analysis about
the exact reason of the failure, the batteries and the damaged appliance will be subjected to several test procedures.
In case this technical analysis proves the failure caused by Panasonic batteries, Panasonic Energy Europe commits
itself to repair or replace the appliance. In all other cases repair or replacement is excluded (human mistake,
defect of the appliance,...). |
