Can I use different kind of batteries mixed together?

No, please never mix batteries from different types, brand or equipment.

Preferably, use only batteries coming out of the same packet for an appliance to avoid differences in capacity and others. Using different types of batteries (see graph A) or batteries with a different age (see graph B) in an appliance may cause leakage or in the worst case explosion.

If two different grades or brands are used together, a lower capacity in one of the batteries may cause an over-discharge on this battery during use.

When you change batteries in the appliance it is highly recommended to change all the batteries in that appliance at once with batteries of the same type, brand, size and expiry date.
