They do. We guarantuee performance for up to three years after production. After this we cannot guarantee the battery will perform as well as it’s supposed to.
Can I charge my Alkaline or Zinc Carbon battery?
Don’t charge an alkaline or zinc-carbon battery, they are not designed to be charged.
How should I treat the liquid coming out of the battery?
Turn off the device and remove the battery immediately. Remove the remaining leakage using a cotton swab. Avoid skin contact at all times.
How does temperature affect my batteries?
Batteries are best stored at room temperature. Extreme heat or cold can significantly reduce battery life.
How can I extend the service life of my rechargeable batteries?
For best performance, always try to keep the battery’s energy level above 30% of its total capacity. Also: always use batteries of the same type and expiry date together.

Why is battery life of my smart key so short?
Batteries in smart keys usually last between 1 to 2 years. Unusually short battery life may be caused by electromagnetic interference. Avoid keeping your smart key near other electronic devices such as phones, laptops and other screens.
Which devices are not compatible with Ni-MH rechargeable batteries?
Never use Ni-MH rechargeable batteries for waterproof appliances, appliances specifically designed for alkaline batteries, or in appliances with battery indicators.
