Best 'Spider'-man wins a VIP City Trip to New York

A VIP family trip to New York City: that's the grand prize for the person who 'caught' the most people in his web for the major European Spider-Man: Homecoming competition organized by Panasonic Energy. The lucky 'Spider'-man comes from Russia and together with all the participants he had to sign up to start an own digital web. Everyone could invite friends and family on social media to join their web. And at the end of the competition, the Russian had the biggest web and can go with 3 friends to the amazing city New York.

On 8 May 2017 Panasonic Energy launched the major European Spider-Man: Homecoming competition together with Sony Pictures to engage with core battery users around the launch of the new Spider-Man: Homecoming movie. A dedicated website was created in 26 languages to attract participants from all over Europe. Until 31 December participants had the chance to expand their online web by inviting friends and family. Artem Baraylia from St Petersburg (Russia) successfully trapped the most 'prey' in his web and wins a trip to the city of the spider-hero.

Home of Spider-Man

The prize for the Russian winner is an exclusive four-person city break to New York, the home of Spider-Man. There he will enjoy experiences relating to Peter Parker's life both as a high school student and Spider-Man. The whole family will get the chance to go on a behind-the-scenes 'field trip' to the Museum of Moving Image in Peter Parker's neighbourhood. Together, they will defeat the ultimate villain in a crime-fighting escape room experience and follow a Spider-Man: Homecoming-inspired stunt masterclass. The lucky four will end their trip with a Spidey-eye view of the city from one of the world’s tallest buildings: the One World Observatory. Runners-up with the 2nd to 30th largest webs have been awarded with some amazing Spider-Man related goodies.
